China Chem Industry is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality in agrochemical products, adhering to a strict Quality First principle. Here’s a summary of our quality control and assurance processes:

1.Quality Goals and Metrics: We set annual (or quarterly, monthly) quality goals, defining specific, quantifiable indices. We meticulously track and evaluate the execution of these goals to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
2.AQL Standard Compliance: We apply rigorous standards, including the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL), to calculate defective reference values. Our quality control extends across all production stages, including:

• Purchasing qualified rate
• One-time off-line qualified rate in the production process
• Qualified rate of finished goods inspection
• Qualified rate of shipment inspection

Comprehensive statistics are gathered for each stage to maintain and improve product quality.

3.Research and Development: Our dedicated R&D center, located in the Cao He Jing Development Zone in Shanghai, spans 1500 square meters. This center houses:

• Formulation Development Center: Focuses on improving and developing agrochemical formulations.
• Quality Supervision Center: Oversees quality inspection of agrochemical products.

We plan to establish a new Agrochemical Varieties Development Center within the next two years, aiming to advance the development of new agrochemical varieties and establish a premier national laboratory.
